Well, coconut cream is better to use as a gel, coconut cream is great. If you want it stiffer, jsut put a tiny bit of honey, put a drop of honey per two tablespoons of coconut cream, it will get firmer.

When the bath water is warm, the milk curdles.
Do you find that it does?

Maybe you're putting the milk in when the water is too hot? If I can't leave my hand in that water for five seconds my milk does not go in that water.
